Twinkle Twirl
Here is the Girl and the Star in psp format.
Open the girl and duplicate the layer 6 times.
X out all the layers except the second from the bottom
(The first layer stays plain.)
Copy and paste the star on to the girl layer position in place.
You may want to name the layers to keep them in order.
To do that just dbl click on the later and name it.
Merge the star and the girl layer only.
Paste the star again and line it up right on top of the first star.
Use the deform tool 
and Turn the star a quarter of a turn.
(to apply the deform just click on another tool. No apply palette in psp8)
On the layer palette, drag a girl layer under the second star
and merge only the two layers together.
Now resize the star to 60%
