I added a bevel from Eyecandy 4000 bevel boss.

These are the settings I used.
If you add the bevel, add it to each layer.

Now add your name or logo.

I vectored the text, shadowed it then duplicated it and 
merged a name with each layer. As in previous tutorials.

Save the image as a psp file.
I set the frame properties for each frame at 60.
Open animation shop and save it as a gif.
You should end up with something like this.
