Resize as needed to make it fit.
I mirrored the image to make it more pleasing to the eye.
Add your name. I used vector settings so I
could resize the name and turn it a bit.
Click to make it a raster layer so we can edit it.
Surround with the selection tool and select it.
Delete the image as shown.
Add a drop shadow to the empty selection
Invert the selection. There may not be much showing as selected but it's ok.
Add another drop shadow with this setting.
Merge the visible layers and there you go.
Let's make the background now.
