Open the psp file in Animation Shop.
Ctrl A to select all the frames. CTRL-ALT set the delay at 60

To add your name, open a new image in Animation Shop

Type you name. crop un-needed space.

copy/paste a new name frame X's the dance frames (4)

CTRL-A the name frames to select all. Ctrl-C to copy.
 CTRL-A the dance frames to select all.  Click to paste INTO selected frames.
Position in place.

File save as your new animation.
